Together with Horizon Energy Infrastructure (HEI) and Smart Meter Assets (SMA), we have completed a combination with Smart Metering Systems (SMS). The new Group, backed by KKR and bringing together SMS, SMA and Horizon’s businesses, is one of the of the leading providers of UK smart metering assets, with a strengthened capacity to deliver innovative smart water meter programmes, securing sustainable resources for future generations.
